Run With The Hunted in stock.
This week I got in copies of the new Run with the hunted LP and CD
here is a description
One of the best releases to come out this year.
On their debut, self-titled LP, Run With The Hunted has architected songs founded around the heaviness and technicality of bands like Indecision and Turmoil intermixed with the strong, noisy flourishes akin to Botch or Catharsis. The end result as shown on their debut self-titled LP is anything but the typical aping of either niched genre - it's a powerful combination of both, without the shortcomings of either and a unique style all its own. Lyrically, the band explores political and personal subject matter in equal parts but with the same introspective angle and emotional vulnerability the band has become known for.

New items in the webstore
Yo, I got mail yesterday, yes on a SUNDAY I love you react records.
So I have some new items for you to check out now, I have around one or two of everything so I'd rather have a few of a lot then a lot of a few.
Betrayed - Suffering 7''
New Betrayed EP entitled “Suffering”. This is our first record in a few years and this 4-song EP features the same early vs. late harDCore vibe that the band is known for, but with some Uniform Choice tossed into the mix as well. Lyrically this one is a little more pissed than previous releases… I’ve had a bit of a rough year so what can I say? Todd really delivered on these songs and I think it’s some of the best stuff we’ve done so I’m excited to get it out to the world and play some shows, and you can check out the new song ABOVE THE INFLUENCE on the REACT! MySpace.
Mindset - R e a l p o w e r 7''
Lyrically this unbelievable 4 song EP focuses on topics of self-motivation and compassion, and encourages self-empowerment as a means to creating change. Musically Mindset draw from classic bands like Youth of Today, Gorilla Biscuits, and Warzone while still managing to have a personality and style all of their own. Now in it's 2nd press of 1,000 copies, this EP features art which was designed by Evan Mindset in collaboration with the McMahon family, and comes with a free digital download card.
Mindset - Time & Pressure 7''
This new 6 song 7” delivers the same urgency and passion that Mindset is known for, but with lyrics and song writing that show a marked growth and evolution. This EP also marks the first recordings that Dan (drums) and John (guitar) have laid down with the band, and the results have been nothing short of inspiring.
Gone But Not Forgotten - Seattle Crew 7''
Gone But Not Forgotten come from Seattle, WA, throwing their sound back to the late-'80s, crossing the sounds of Warzone, Floorpunch and Brotherhood. This is the demo pressed onto vinyl for the first time. 7" comes with a free digital download card.
Praise - Growing.Changing.Healing 7''
Praise was started by Andy Norton as a way of sharing his ideas, facing his struggles, and coping with the loss of a loved one. As the songs developed it was clear that something truly special was coming together, and what was initially intended as a project became a full band with the addition of Mike, Chris, Colby, and Dan who all helped bring the songs to life and in January 2010 the band entered the studio and recorded the band’s début EP “Growing, Changing, Healing”. Musically this incredible 4 song EP draws influence from Battery, Turning Point, Civ, Gorilla Biscuits, and 7 Seconds, yet maintains a character all of it’s own. Lyrically Andy focuses on reflection and personal growth, as well as encouraging people to recognize their own ability to create change in our world. Art duties for this EP were handled by the one and only Kevin Seconds
Carry On - It's All Our Blood 12''
Previously only available as a CD, this collection is a split release between Youngblood Records and React! Records. It compiles "The Line Is Drawn" and "Roll With The Punches" EPs as well as their track from the "Memories Of Tomorrow" compilation plus an alternate version of "Pushing Forward." Pressed on 150-gram vinyl, it comes in deluxe packaging with a huge tri-fold insert.
Get The Most - Together 12''
From their demo to their two EPs, Get the Most has inspired others to grow and to strive for more, and their full length "Together" is undoubtedly one of the most anticipated hardcore records of 2010. This 10-song LP delivers the same power and energy that GTM is know for, with socially conscious and motivating lyrics that show that hardcore is more than music.
Common Cause - Statement Of Purpose 12''
This LP combines the legendary Common Cause demo and their out-of-print EP in a full-length format, both of which have been re-mastered, and pressed at 45 rpm. Pressing info for this LP is limited to 200 on RED VINYL, 300 on BLUE VINYL, and 400 on BLACK VINYL and each copy will come with a free digital download and all the great extra stuff you know we pack into each release.
ON - Double Vision 12''
2nd press of the ON - Double Vision LP is now available! Double Vision is a is a re-release of the "VITAL TIMES" (out of print) and "CONTROL" (limited availability) EP's, on an LP and is a split release between REACT! and REAPER records.

More new stock
Yo I got some mail in today from Andy at Glory Kid, real good dude.
Restrained / Separation, The "Split" LP $15
Finally the long awaited split of California's most outspoken, dark, pissed off political hardcore outfits of today. While playing countless local shows and touring consistently they have joined forces. Engineered and Mastered at Earth Capital Studios, this record displays both bands deriving influences from pioneers such as Left For Dead, Catharsis, Integrity and His Hero is Gone. This is their most truthful, heavy and clearest work to date. The record includes a full printed recycled paper booklet with illustrations and other writings along side lyrics and side notes, with an original concept and art by Andrew Gomez IV, this hand crafted packaging comes in a silkscreen recycled cardboard jacket.
Separation, The "No Exit" LP $15
Finally the long awaited debut full length from California's best kept secret. Residing in the lush but distant hillsides of Redding, CA. The Separation have comprised nine brand new dramatic tracks showing a true blend of sorrow, passion and angst for a world we all must endure. Blending styles of chaotic metal with the relentlessness of mid-late 90's dark fast hardcore, this album is a testament to the band's skillful style and ability to deliver a powerful and epic sound. Recorded at the Atomic Garden (Comadre, Dangers, Punch) and original album art by Adam Hunt (Graf Orlock, Zann, Sick of it All), all encased in a full color jacket. This is a limited first pressing of 500 units.
Run with the Hunted "Destroy all Calendars" 12" EP $15
Following up their debut release Find Your Way Out (2007) with constant shows and touring, Run with the Hunted delivers four brand new tracks with this second EP. Previous fans of RWTH will appreciate the band's leaner, stronger sound and focused intensity. They blaze through a unique and urgent record that brings to mind bands like Deadguy, Indecision and Shai Hulud. Destroy All Calendars comes on a one sided 12" LP with a hand-screened B-Side as well as a full silk-screened jacket and features original artwork by Andy Gomez IV.

Convulsions "Losing Everything" MCD $6
Managed to snag a few of these from the band before the band sold out of all of them. This here is the remaining stock of their physical demo "Losing Everything". Exceptionally self-recorded, you can hear the humble beginnings of what is now their signature sound. Limited to fifty press with a hand lino-cut block print cover, printed by the band.Convulsions "The Reaper's Gift" 7" EP $8
After the self release of their "Losing Everything" demo, Rhode Island's own Convulsions properly introduce themselves with their debut EP, "The Reaper's Gift." The material displays an unwavering surge of angst bounded by blind rage. This treatment is split into four equal parts coursing with a seamless blend of chaotic "math" work, coin-dropping signature changes, and sundering pedal layers reminiscent to early Botch and Dillinger Escape Plan, yet coupled with a grittier, darker, rolling undertone not unlike the Melvins. This record comes with a hand silk-screened layout. With original block-print art from the band, hand stamped center labels, and a hand type-written insert.
I also set up a bigcartel if you want to pick things up there.
